Last night was my first practice after a month long hiatus due to illness and parent chauffeuring duties while the kids got ready for their promotion exams (kata practice).

I find myself falling into bad habits and lacking the intensity I once had.

Yesterday during keiko, I was reminded of giving my all as once the opportunity is gone, it will never come again.
